Castle or Palace?
editWhy was it named castle? It has never been a defensive structure. It's a palace like the Palace of Versailles, Blenheim Palace or Buckingham Palace. You may find many sites on Google that use the term "castle", but most of the authors probably either don't know the proper English term or don't know the nature of the building.--Sitacuisses (talk) 14:13, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- The main article at Karlsruhe called it castle, so did I. -- Matthead DisOuß 22:17, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
