Confusion between Kaliwa Dam, Laiban Dam, and Kaliwa Low Dam

The articles for Kaliwa Dam and Laiban Dam are confusing, probably because there have been several projects called "Kaliwa Dam" since the 1970s. This article seems to be mostly about the Kaliwa Low Dam proposal that prospered under the BSAquino administration. Maybe this article should be moved there, and a new historical article covering "Proposed Dam Projects on the Laiban River System" should be made. - Koakaulana (talk) 09:14, 4 June 2019 (UTC)

Kaliwa Low Dam should be merge into Proposed dams in the Kaliwa River watershed, because it will no longer update, since the project has been already scrapped due to favored of the Chinese proposal and the Chinese proposal it's now under construct. - Jjpachano (talk) 10:30, 21 August 2022 (UTC)
