Notability?
editThis is presumed to be notable, and why its notability has been questioned? This event is even mentioned by national (US) media, like CBS News, and international newspapers and media, like The Independent, Reuters and Associated Press, and this can be called as one of the worst bicycle accidents in the United States or even the world.--TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 08:44, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
- I'm searching for where it's called one of the worst bicycle accidents in the United States, and all I can find is a claim by a bike safety advocate that it's the worst in Kalamazoo County. Can you provide some refs from the Independent et al. to show that this got international coverage? Thanks, OnionRing (talk) 08:47, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
- One is reports from Associated Press via CBS News, Washington Post Toronto Sun, CTV News and CBC (all found on searching Google News). Plus, media outside of Michigan also have coverage of this event.
- The trial of Charles Pickett Jr. may be included on the aftermath section.--TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 09:38, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
