I have put the "update" template on the article page because this dates back to September 2006 and I don't know if Time Warner Cable has reached an agreement with KCWQ in the four months since. - Desmond Hobson 23:08, 29 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Time-Warner accepted to carry KCWQ programs as of March 2007, thus the situation came to an end. KCWQ is carried over air on channel 13 (Palm Springs, still on VHF channel 2 in Indio) and digital channel 51.3 as part of KESQ's digital slot to include KDFX FOX and KUNA Telemundo.
