Sinn Fein continuity
editIt is not really accurate to refer to Sinn Fein as a continuous entity between 1922 and and 2011. Despite the same name being used, 2011 Sinn Féin is actually one of the many elements which split from the parent party, initially as Provisional Sinn Fein in 1969. If any party is the direct successor to Sinn Fein it is probably the Workers Party. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deepsoulstarfish (talk • contribs) 16:03, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
