Doncaster

edit

An issue has arisen with Rankin's time at Doncaster being removed from the infobox, due to him being a current NRL first grade player. He was a first grade player in the UK, but also played for a Championship side against fully professional sides whilst in the UK. This is a bit of tricky one and looking for input before changes made.Theanonymousentry (talk) 12:40, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi. I have no knowledge of how "loans" are supposed to be listed in the infobox. My reversion was because of some other strange things that happened at the the same time (one team was listed twice, wing was rm from his list of positions). Doctorhawkes (talk) 13:07, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Hi there. Rankin was on dual reg at Doncaster, which is good per European infoboxes. The problem is that he is a current NRL player and the Donny stats are not wanted within that infobox as per project rules that clearly didn't anticipate someone stepping down to the English Championship and then back up to the NRL.Theanonymousentry (talk) 14:12, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
