Election Commission Fine

edit

I don't think the fine (which was six years ago) was the primary reason for him announcing his retirement, as the last edit seems to indicate. The MJS article even says:

Wilcox said Tuesday that race hadn't soured him on running for re-election but said he thinks the court will soon need to deal with campaign finance reform.

I think the fine/elections issue is important to keep in, but I am going to separate it from the retirement sentence. - Tarfu92 18:58, 6 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
