The 'notability' tag from this article is being repeatedly removed by the author, without making any improvements. As far as I can see, Chairmen of the East India company aren't automatically notable, neither are baronets or knights. The article is currently cited to a genealogical entry in thePeerage.com and a name on a list of company directors.
There is already an article on the Smith-Burges Baronets - Smith-Burgess was the first and last so maybe this should be merged and redirected to the existing article. Sionk (talk) 23:50, 26 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
