Flag hoisting at Idgah Maidan case against Uma Bharti

- D'Cunha was a District Judge from 2002.
- The news reports from 2004 are clear that the arrest warrants were issued by a magistrate and not District Judge
- Your edits claimed that D'Cunha issued the arrest warrants, while it was the Magistrate.

- The source at http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/cms.dll/html/uncomp/articleshow/824687.cms says that Additional District and Sessions Judge J M D'Cunha rejected the petition. That's why I amended the wording. The part about 18 arrest warrants being issued is currently unsoured, because it's not mentioned in the source for that paragraph. -- Diannaa (talk) 14:20, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
