Sections from newspaper to paraphrase

edit

Cut and paste from newspapers. Was removed since it copyright. Plan to paraphrase and use this in the article, after rework in the next few days.

I have removed the copyright content posted above; it's just as much a problem to post it on the talk page as it is to put it in the article. -- Diannaa (talk) 21:38, 6 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Flag hoisting at Idgah Maidan case against Uma Bharti

edit

Diannaa Have reverted your edits on this case. This is the 2nd time you have changed my edit. If you wish to revert my edit for a 3rd time, please discuss here on the talk page. Note the reason for my edit

  • D'Cunha was a District Judge from 2002.
  • The news reports from 2004 are clear that the arrest warrants were issued by a magistrate and not District Judge
  • Your edits claimed that D'Cunha issued the arrest warrants, while it was the Magistrate.

Hence the edits were corrected. Let me know if you have any concerns. thanks Prodigyhk (talk) 07:01, 7 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Subsection headings

edit

Have included short details of the case in the subsection headings - Flag hoisting at Idgah Maidan case against Uma Bharti and Disproportionate Asset case against Jayalalithaa

Reason - Since there are multiple cases relating to these individual. The short detail will help reader be understand which cases is being referred to in this article.Prodigyhk (talk) 07:08, 7 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

The source at http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/cms.dll/html/uncomp/articleshow/824687.cms says that Additional District and Sessions Judge J M D'Cunha rejected the petition. That's why I amended the wording. The part about 18 arrest warrants being issued is currently unsoured, because it's not mentioned in the source for that paragraph. -- Diannaa (talk) 14:20, 7 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
The source was already provided at the end of the marked. Have now moved to the spot you require. Prodigyhk (talk) 06:04, 8 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
