Launching ICBMs via pay phone
editWas Markoff the original source of the ridiculous allegation brought forward by the federal prosecutor that Mitnick could launch ICBMs via pay phone? And if so, was this in a NY Times article or Markoff's book with Hafner, Cyberpunk? The only source I've been able to find online so far is from Mitnick himself, referencing the prosecutor. I might be mistaken, but I vaguely remember reading it somewhere before Mitnick had been apprehended. Laval (talk) 09:49, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
