It's hard to find a reliable source for the age of John Lee (producer), but the The Ringer article Smash Your TV and Have Adventures: An Oral History of 'Wonder Showzen' states, "Chatman and his Wonder Showzen partner, John Lee, first came up with the idea for a demented kids' show in the early '90s, when they were prank-pulling students at San Francisco State.] So, unless he was a college student in his late twenties, 1972 (the birth year in his article) seems more likely.
