Speedy Deletion tag edit
Prior to exercising the speedy option, please read the external link supplied in the article. It is the specific reference supplied from the Dictionary of Canadian Biography Online [1]. My understanding is that all entries from that source are considered notable. No doubt that the article needs work and appropriate tags could be applied to that effect.
