First paragraph According to citation 6 of this page, Jim McDowell became the Chief Executive of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in 2018 not 2019.
Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, McDowell completed a law degree with honours at the University of Warwick (England) in 1977. During his career he worked in legal, commercial and marketing roles in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
