The result of the move request was: putting this through: in addition to the discussion below, the user who performed the copy-and-paste move has been given an indefinite checkuser block, so I see no reason to hold this up further. Dekimasuよ! 04:37, 28 April 2018 (UTC)

Jersey Shore Family Vacation → Jersey Shore: Family Vacation – I had moved "Jersey Shore Family Vacation" to "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" (note the colon in the title) presuming it to be an uncontroversial technical move per WP:BEFOREMOVING, but apparently it isn't. One User:Fdljksdfjlksfajklsdflkj has used "copy/paste move" to copy & paste all the text back to the other title article. Copy/paste move is prohibited, per WP:BEFOREMOVING ("because doing so fragments the edit history."). So now I'm making a move request since it is now established as possibly a controversial move. My reasoning is: the network and distributor uses a colon in its titling, see [1] and [2]. Maybe the title lacked a colon during development, but it since does include the colon. Per WP:SUBTITLES, Usually, a Wikipedia article on a book (or other medium, such as a movie, TV special or video game) does not include its subtitle in the Wikipedia page name, per WP:CONCISE. The only exception to that is short article titles, for disambiguation purposes. Clearly the subtitle is needed to disambiguate the sequel from the original. They use a subtitle to leverage the "Jersey Shore" brand of the original logo, as clearly shown by the logo for the sequel which places "Family Vacation" below "Jersey Shore", in a smaller font. – wbm1058 (talk) 15:10, 22 April 2018 (UTC)

Sammi?

As a note to Angelina, there reads: "Angelina replaced Sammi in episode 9"
Then, why isn't Sammi mentioned as cast member? Only other mention of Sammi is that she would not be reuniting with others in this series. 109.240.237.101 (talk) 12:49, 5 January 2019 (UTC)

Sammi was never a cast member. She refused coming back before the series even began. DA1 (talk) 15:09, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

Split article to “List of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation episodes”
