"Greatest driving road in the world" - Edmunds.com edit

I have tried in vain to find a source for the above claim. The Edmunds website shows no results when searching for "Jebel" or "Hafeet". There are plenty of blogs and forums that mention the claim and some of them link to the Edmunds article where they apparently road tested a Mini Cooper S on Jebel hafeet, but those links go to this, a non-existent page on their site. I couldn't find any other site that quotes the original article that also appears to be a solid reliable source.
