I removed the following dead link. One can still find the review linked here via the internet archive. I don't however consider it to be of high importance to the article.

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Unwarranted criticism of St. Clair's review removed

"Given this review, it seems likely that St. Clair did not watch the whole presentation, or didn't pay attention, as the viewpoint that St. Clair attributes to Burns, is exactly the opposite of the viewpoint of the text of the narration." This is blatant POV, and an unwarranted criticism of Jeffrey St. Clair's review, and I have removed it.
