Just to be transparent, I am complete newbie, so criticism (up to and including deleting the page) is welcome. Based on the New York Times article and a few other references Lopp seemed notable (or maybe I should say potentially notable). This is really a stub and I hope to do more work on it over the next few weeks. But, obviously if other people want to add stuff, or feel strongly this guy could in no way be notable I will defer.
