I propose that Jimmy_Donahue be merged into James Paul Donahue, Jr.. I think that the content in the Jimmy_Donahue article can easily be explained in the context of James Paul Donahue, Jr., and the Jimmy_Donahue article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of James Paul Donahue, Jr. will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.Alanl (talk) 12:00, 4 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

This person was a major social figure who pops up in all manner of high-society memoirs from the Fifties. And although his claims about Wallis Windsor may be exaggerated, there is no doubt that she and Edward spent many nights in his company, and he is part of the Windsor story/legend, whose popular appeal shows no sign of abating.
To the public, he is always known as Jimmy Donahue. If you took a straw-poll of people who had heard of 'James Paul Donahue Jr.', not many would recognise that name. 109.154.14.8 (talk) 13:10, 5 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
