editSince Thomas served over a year, it would seem that his crimes were felonies? Can convicted felons return to the practice of law in New Jersey? Apparently they can, or at least could then. This would certainly seem to be counter to the situation in most U.S. states. Rlquall 13:22, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
