Assessment comment edit

The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Islam in Iran/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

The article summarizes the History very well, however it can be improved further by adding more information of the present role of Islam. Politics etc. Mohsin (talk) 16:28, 4 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

IP reverts edit

Interesting that many IPs watch this page, and they don't give their reasons of reverts. I open this discussion so they might explain their edits. Shawarsh (talk) 10:14, 4 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

I've restored the pre-war revision and advised them to head to this talk page section as per WP:BRD. - LouisAragon (talk) 17:11, 4 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Trying to force users into kow-tow through sheer edit-warring and ignoring WP:BRD won't cut it. - LouisAragon (talk) 00:00, 5 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
In addition, the PewForum source you insist on keeping is from 2013. Not only is it very much outdated as its ten years old, it also contradicts info from newer sources listed in the article. Are there are recent (ie. 2020-2022) PewForum sources available about Iran? - LouisAragon (talk) 23:52, 4 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Religious groups growing in Iran edit

There have been claims and reports of non muslim religious groups rising in significant numbers in Iran (Zoroastrianism and Christianity). Should they be added to the page? Firekong1 (talk) 15:14, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
