Does the article meet these notability criteria?
I have added a notability criterion to the opening paragraph: Being a daughter of Professor Shmuel Noah Eisenstadt, might be notable, because there were articles about him in eleven wikipedias. Sorrowfully, it was moved to her early life chapter, although she has always been Eisenstadt's daughter.
In the chapter of her career in linguistics, I found articles which were written in common with other colleagues. Has Meir written sole articles? In Commons, which is located at the end of the article, there are some sole articles along the years, which may derive notability. Dgw (talk) 00:14, 9 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
No, being the daughter of a notable person does not make someone notable. That is why this information was moved.
It is common in the field of linguistics to have jointly authored papers. The ones she wrote in common with Aronoff et al. are about the work that makes them all particularly notable, and this work must be included.

I suggested to add papers which were written by Meir, not to erase jointly authored papers. Following this, It would be advised to ask for an additional opinion if Irit Meir could be moved to the mainspace, after I had thought that she was a professor, when she was an associate professor. Hi. I agree with everything you say here, Dorian. Have you moved Irit's entry to the main page now? If so, one of us should add links to her page from other relevant pages, like the one on the Bedouin Sign Language she worked on, from Israeli Sign Language and from Wendy Sandler's page.
