The section “After the 1979 Islamic Revolution” could improve with sentence structure revision in order to clarify the content. Examples are “Afterwards, more complicated machinery, such as fleshing machines were first built in Tabriz” and “The use of these types of mechanized machines continued until the production of more advanced mechanical and electrical machines”. Another possible edit could be considered in the first section of the article which could use basic grammatical revision such as in the sentence “Before that time there were only traditional tanneries (dabbaghi) in Iran”.
