Is this a Copyright Violation? edit

Apparently nearly all of this article (with the exception of the Triagmos sentence) all of this article is excerpted verbatim from the below text: The Drama: Its History, Literature and Influence on Civilization, vol. 1. ed. Alfred Bates. London: Historical Publishing Company, 1906. p. 329. A verbatim excerpt of this text is located at http://www.theatrehistory.com/ancient/bates008.html Obviously this is a very old text, so I don't know that it would be a copyright violation. I believe it predates the encyclopaedia that Wikipedia was based on. Stevenmitchell 20:51, 17 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ion of Ephesus or Ion of Chios edit

I just want to learn the differences between these people: Ion of Ephesus who is a professional rhapsode in Plato's dialogue and Ion of Chios ? Are these people same ? or their cities are uncertain ? have a nice working day :) Meden agan (talk) 16:47, 10 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
