Accounts Receivable Financing is defined incorrectly edit
A more accurate definition is broader than the one presented (with the exception of one geographic region that traditionally has misused the term and now accepts the misuses as correct). The definition provided uses one specific type suggesting that the two terms are interchangeable this assertion creates an invalid definition. Complete rewrite edit
I have re-wrote the article from scratch. Please feel free to amend it as required. In particular, I think we need some more detail on the features of invoice discounting. We also need sources. Pretty much any accounting textbook should be a good place to find some references. I have also removed the merge template.
