External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Internet in Ethiopia. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20110607102818/http://www.regulateonline.org/content/view/1076/79/ to http://www.regulateonline.org/content/view/1076/79/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

Speed
editI've just added the speed section with the following
"As for Jan 2019 in Addis Ababa there are 2G/3G and 4G (Ethiopian Telecommunication) connection options. Despite the availability of 4G sim & connections speed for a mobile connection hardly reach 3Mbps of download speed, an 1Mbps for upload (average 1.5Mbps download, 0.3Mbps upload). The availability suffers a bit: on Friday 18th of January 2019 there has been a daytime blackout of the Internet (a Ethitel operator state it has been for national security reason). "
These info is from my personal experience, and I don't know if it fits wikipedia: I would say that speed feeds are very precious
