Note that this title does not appear in the pdf "Alphabetical list of Select journals" linked from this page of the Philosopher's Index website - but on looking carefully I saw that the list was dated 2010, so it's reasonable for this title not to appear there! Careless of PI to have such an outdated list available without flagging up its datedness. PamD 17:28, 24 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

I started to create this article, including quoting (sourced) a couple of statements from the journal's "about" page. I wouldn't normally have saved it at that point , but found something worth noting on the talk page, created the talk page, realised it might get deleted if the associated article page didn't exist, so saved the in-progress stub. Corenbot has now instantly identified it as potentially copyvio, but I will remvoe the CB template as I think that by the time I've expanded the stub the quotes will be a reasonable proportion of the article and are appropriately quoted in the journal's own words because they are its own declarations of intent.
