I intend to do some work on this page and need to declare that from 2005-2008 I was Chief Executive of Icon. I have not been paid by Icon in any capacity since 2008 and have not been asked by Icon to edit this page. I see that as per the comment above it is of poor quality, and as one of the few people who knows much about the background to this organisation I am able to contribute to improving it.
