Talk:Informal education

Latest comment: 1 year ago by EditorPerson53 in topic Lack of Neutrality

Hey! I'm really interested in informal learning. This is a great page! There are some inconsistencies that I want to address. I also want to add to the characteristics section. Any feedback would be appreciated. --slacy11 [talk] 13:30, 20 April 2017 (EST) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Slacy11 (talkcontribs)

Lack of Neutrality edit

I have tagged this article as lacking a neutral point of view. The benefits and shortcomings of informal education are a controversial topic. This article lists 'Benefits' and 'Advantages' (which is really quite gratuituous praise) without making any mention of criticisms or limitations. I do not wish to disagree that informal education may have benefits. I do not even wish to disagree that those benefits may outweigh shortcomings. But as Wikipedians, it is our job to maintain the Neutral Point of View. EditorPerson53 (talk) 01:58, 5 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
