Last Generation comparison

edit

Yo does anybody think that this was a big improvement from the last generation coupe.....because I've read a couple early test drive comments, they say that the car is better and the interior more lavish, the back seats are similar in size though....anybody got comments???? More Info?????—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zhour24 (talkcontribs) 23:54, 16 June 2007 (UTC).Reply

The interior certainly looked nice at NYIAS but it was just on display so I didn't get to sit in it. It seems to be improved in every way but the performance appears to be the biggest improvement. Anyway, I think it's the nicest Japanese coupe you can get new... at least until the GT-R, NSX, and FT-HS are produced.~ Dusk Knight 23:08, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rewrite

edit

The design of the car is one of its strongest points, being called the best looking coupe on the planet by various automobile magazines.

Ugh... I think the rewrite needs a rewrite. There's too much opinion, too much unnecessary comparison, and not a single reference for any of it. I'm going to revert for now. If you have ideas, suggestions, objections, etc. please post them here before attempting a rewrite.~ Dusk Knight 04:00, 26 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

This article needs a TON of attention. We can't seem to work the POV out of it, it needs sources, and the current revision seems to be plagiarized straight from some automotive publication. Karrmann 05:20, 26 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

35 to 37

edit

I found it interesting that they jumped from 35 to 37. I guess they wanted to avoid confusion with the H&K G36 assault rifle. Whind Soull 00:16, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just a note, the name is directly related to the displacement of the engine! As with all infiniti. The G35 is 3.5L, G37 is 3.7L, QX45 is 4.5 and so on. It has nothing to do with succession of numbers really. The M35 and M45 are essentially the same with 2 different motors :) --SSChicken (talk) 09:08, 6 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, it's not just some random number. Anyway, there's always the Glock G37 :P Andrew Nutter (talk) 05:47, 27 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
