Support Merge. I agree that both articles seem to refer to only one project. I can't find any sources that refer to both, or that suggest there are two different projects. Tower Name

I was wondering if the name of the page should be changed to 102 Incheon Tower, as that is what it is called in the description. If nobody rejects within a week, I'll consider changing it.
