"Future" Section Needs to be Updated

I am looking into making substantial edits on the "Future" section of the Idaho State Highway 16 article. This section is a bit dated because the proposed extension of the highway has moved along significantly since it was last edited. As of today, construction on the project begins within the next week. In addition, Governor Brad Little's Transportation Expansion and Congestion Mitigation (TECM) program is a primary funding source for the expansion as well as the GARVEE funds already mentioned in the article. Current construction of new section of State Highway 16

While I don't actually have sources citing this (I drove down US 20/26 and saw construction along the route of SH-16 with a sign for SH-16), current construction is happening to expand State Highway 16 in the part listed in design. 160.3.204.66 (talk) 17:25, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
