why does the title default to the old style of transliteration?

SHOULDN'T the default title and spelling of his name be the modern transliteration which drops the useless and misleading final 'h'? I propose we switch the default page....213.181.230.32jackbrown

H is not useless - it indicates that the final harf is ta marbuta, and not alif Athkalani 09:43, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

Al Imamah Wa al-Siyasah

It is disputed whether Ibn Qutaybah actually was the author of Al Imamah wa al-Siyasah. Should'nt that be mentioned in the article? Hamid-Masri 19:44, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

It is not just disputed. It is a fact that he did not author it. It should be mentioned for sure.

Question

Reading the works of Dinawari, I'm afraid there is some confusion about Ibn Qutayba and Abu Hanifa ad-Dinawari. The Akhbar at-tiwal, for exemple, is a book of Abu Hanifa, not of Ibn Qutayba. Sorry for my bad English--Cloj (talk) 04:49, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

School of law/fiqh?
