I have edited the contribution to make the notability clearer. 1. There are now two citations to medical journals which acknowledge the importance of what he did. 2. The impact of his funding initiative has been detailed in terms of dollars raised and lives saved through the work on SIDS. 3. The number of PhD students supported by the named Ian Scott scholarships has been added. I plan to do a separate article on Australian Rotary Health which will link to this biography.
