Suggested link with closely-related French page edit

Hello, I strongly suggest to link this page with the French page http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administration_des_services_g%C3%A9n%C3%A9raux which explains things like:

Maybe the above part could get a subtitle, to which the present page could be linked.

Citation - for where the History section says "citation needed" edit

As of April 30, 2016, the last sentence in the "History" section says, "In 2006, a journalist estimated a total of $290 billion of then-current GWAC activity, including contracts still in use, procurements out to bid, and procurements being planned.[citation needed]". The source is cited under "External Links". The source is ... Gerin, Roseanne, "New dawn for GWACs”, Washington Technology, January 26, 2006 . http://www.washingtontechnology.com/print/21_02/27841-1.html . I might try to 'fix this,' but I am not certain how to turn this into a 'citation.' Thomasjbuckholtz (talk) 16:42, 30 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Unsubstantiated Statement edit

Someone needs to add a reference with analysis to backup the statement "IDIQ contracts are more efficient than traditional procurement contracts". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.232.211.130 (talk) 15:04, 10 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
