Put back the stuff about Cam Shea bringing the magazine to it's knees with his stupid in-jokes and all those dumb Amos related comments. Cover and Logo

Added cover from issue 2 (my issue 1 has no cover damn it - lost to time!) and a hand photoshopped logo from May 2013 so any gamer, young or old, can easily identify this magazine on one glance.
Also edited a few things, tidied refs and whatnot.
