How accurate is the claim regarding percentage of infected in Moscow?

Why is there a "Source" section at the end? edit

I don't understand the "Source" section at the end of the article. Shouldn't these be properly referenced? Or is it meant to be a further reading section?

Split this article into two, one for the organism and one for the disease? edit
