CPUC and TRTP

I included a section that would outline the California Public Utilities Commission’s (CPUC) involvement in the case. This section gives a timeline of the CPUC’s press releases from 2009-2012 that included its approval of construction and it decision to stop-work of Southern California Edison’s Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project. The City of Chino Hills was able to submit an Application for Rehearing and Motion for Partial Stay in order to temporarily halt the construction of the transmission towers, which was a pivotal part in Hope for the Hill’s pursuit to stop production.
