Orphaned citations

There are five citations in the article to "Pickard", but no item in the References section with "Pickard" as the author. I don't recognize "Pickard", off hand. I have marked the orphaned citations. - Donald Albury 18:38, 25 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Found the cited book in an old version of the Gainesville article, from before this article was split off. That is two books that were cited in this article that were not listed in the Bibliography, that I have now added. - Donald Albury 11:25, 26 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
