Most Conservative?

One author has suggested this article as sufficient evidence for the statement "[Hinduism] is also the most conservative religion in Slovenia."

The article merely compares Slovenian Hare Krishnas with majority Catholics to highlight a difference in attitude toward religion that might be useful beyond a case study basis. Since these are not the only two religions to be found in Slovenia, I find the claim unwarranted. Additionally, I find the word "conservative" to carry much baggage, especially when discussing inter-religious issues.
