I propose merging Highland Avenue Bridge into Columbia Historic District (Cedarburg, Wisconsin). Most of this article's content is already included the latter article's architecture section. In the two years since this article was created, it has been entirely dependent on one reliable source, and based on my survey, there isn't significant coverage in any additional sources that could be help make the case for the subject's notability.
