Image:Hightunstallschoolcard.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Im removing the part

about the middle class area, and the children being abused for this, its simply not true, there is equal banter between all the schools in the area, and High Tunstall isn't singled out. "The school was originally a boys technical school, but adopted its current form and name in 1973 after changes in the British schools system." No it wasn't! It was built in 1973 and always had the name High Tunstall Comprehensive. I was in the first form the year it opened with a comprehensive intake. Admittedly the years above us were filled with the boys from Lynn Street Secondary Tech and the girls Technical school, who were there for a (few) terms previous, but it was never a Secondary Technical School. Section needs work

The section "High Tunstall originally emerged as the most disruptive school in the area of Hartlepool, although it is purported, due to aledged improvements in the staff and facilities, to have improved. It is located near to the West Park area of Hartlepool, which is an area with high land values, and so is often associated with right wing, middle class students." is unclear, expresses the author's opinion and does not cite any sources. When did High Tunstall emerge as the "most disruptive school", according to whom? Who aledges (sic) that the school has improved? There is a suggestion here that not everyone agrees with this allegation, is this suggestion accurate? Who associates High Tunstall with "right wing" students?
