Changed text implying that beta-arrestin 2 recruitment is necessary and sufficient for receptor internalization. This is incredibly debatable in the field and it's best at present just to say that herkinorin doesn't cause either.
The opioid tolerance issue with herkinorin reminds me of the endogenous opiate peptide found in humans DAMGO and its claimed effects. Nagelfar (talk) 11:02, 17 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
