Discovery of Gallic and pyrogallic acid?
editEN Wikipedia article Pyrogallol (pyrogalic acid) states that "it was first prepared by Scheele (1786): heating gallic acid". This article states that Gallic and pyrogallic acid was discovered by Henri Braconnot by 1818 and later. Which statement is true?--Robin WH (talk) 23:18, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
