Who's Had Who edit

I've re-added the bibliography entry for Who's Had Who, which was removed on 5 Dec 2010 by user HFprofemail. I rather enjoyed the book, but more importantly, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and its bibliographies should strive for accuracy and completeness. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DWorley (talkcontribs) 04:08, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
