Hampshire Bowl → Hampshire Bowl (rugby union) – Hampshire Bowl is also a valid name for the cricket ground, as an alternative, non-sponsored name, see BBC, Visit Hampshire, ICC, Wio news. The rugby union tournament is a local county tournament, whereas the cricket ground is an international cricket ground, hosting international matches sometimes under the Hampshire Bowl. Therefore, I believe that we should move the rugby union tournament, and redirect Hampshire Bowl to Rose Bowl (cricket ground) (with a hatnote on the latter page). I believe that the current hatnotes don't suffice, as an overwhelming majority of people would be looking for the cricket ground not the rugby union tournament. - Support but perhaps put a DAB at the base name. Google appears to show Rose Bowl for Hampshire Bowl and Rose Bowl gets 39,396 views compared with only 23[[1]] for this one. Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:01, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
- Support. No strong view over whether it's a hatnote at Rose Bowl (cricket ground) or a full DAB page, but leaning towards the former as it's easier to set up and maintain and fewer clicks for the majority of visitors. WaggersTALK 12:37, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
