Inconsistancy
editThe summary table Gun_laws_in_Puerto_Rico#Summary_table and Gun_laws_in_Puerto_Rico#Licensing_process are inconsistant. The table says no permit to purchase, no license required, etc., but the licensing process describes exactly that.
