- I'm afraid so, Nice was going to be the second adopter of this system but instead decided to opt for NiMH batteries.Myrtone (the strict Australian wikipedian)
The new Sydney Light Rail will also have some sections using ground-level power supply. The new Newcastle light rail will have battery storage so I think that is different. Robauz (talk) 14:06, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

Ground-level power supply of CAF Urbos in Sevilla
editI have seen a picture of Urbos streetcars charging by overhead wires in Sevilla Metrocentro.
second edit: not overhead wires but a construction to charge the trainset by the current collector above the vehicle E235JREMU (talk) 17:30, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
