Edits for a behavioral ecology course edit

I will be adding multiple sections to this page as part of a behavioral ecology course. Meganav (talk) 22:39 , 10 October 2017 (UTC)

It was a very interesting butterfly to begin with, just looking at the pictures. This was a very well written article. It had multiple pictures, the overview covered everything, there was a lot of interesting information. If anything, adding a conservation section could be helpful and potentially adding a little bit more about its migration patterns. The article was written in a clear and concise manner as well. Good job! Mperumattam (talk) 17:14, 1 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Peer Review edit

This was a well-written article that was able to effectively communicate a lot of information without being too long or wordy. Because there were no major edits that were needed, I was looking to see if there was any information out there to contribute to a new section. It seems like the original author did a great job of covering the existing literature! So, I ended up reviewing the article itself and only adding minor edits. First, I included the Spanish name of the butterfly as it is endemic to mostly Spanish speaking regions of the world. Additionally, I chose to reorganize the sections to make the section on defensive coloration a sub-header under the "Predation" section as there was very little information here. Overall great article!Moid.ali (talk) 00:59, 30 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, I made a few edits, mostly to sentence structure and grammar. Overall this is a very complete article and I didn't have much to change! While the butterfly is described throughout the article, it might be nice for there to be a dedicated description section. Great job! Lilymalcolm (talk) 23:10, 31 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

This article is written very well and flows smoothly. I just went over some basic writing mechanics and looked at some of your references but I think this article is more or less ready for a good article rec! You might want to add more to the geographic range section though, it seems a little sparse compared to other sections. Good work!! Iginsberg (talk) 23:38, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
