This appears to be text copied from the Oso Mudslide article and doesn't really describe why this is background to the Bill. I suggest replacing the text with the copy below about Patty Murray using the Green Mountain Lookout bill as an economic stimulus package for the community impacted by the Oso Slide (and then link to the slide article. I included the information about the mudslide because Senator Murray seemed to be using it as the justification that the bill should be passed immediately (despite having introduced the bill months and months before this happened).
