I have been working on a more comprehensive version of this article.

The text can be found on my user page[1]. I have not marked up the links. Any help with this would be appreciated--I know a fair amount about the subject of the article, but not much about Wikipedia.

If I receive no comments in the next few days, I will go ahead and make the edit, and discuss it as needed.
